As a Respiratory Therapist Per Diem, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our medical staff to provide life-saving interventions and respiratory care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen administration, aerosol therapy, and ventilator management
- Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques
