Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care through accurate assessment, effective communication, and efficient documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance patient outcomes and facility performance
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, empathy, and respect for patients, families, and colleagues
