We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night shift team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our night shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our long-term and rehabilitation patients. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records. Your expertise and compassion will help empower our patients to achieve their goals and maximize their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulations
