Job Summary
As a Weekend Per Diem CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and contributing to a positive and supportive environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, toileting, bathing, and mobility assistance
- Support resident activities and encourage participation in therapies and recreational programs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs
- Demonstrate a commitment to our core values: compassion, empathy, and respect
