We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our Per Diem team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a certified nursing assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed
- Support rehabilitation goals by assisting with exercises, transfers, and mobility
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and medication administration
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in activities and events designed to enhance patient well-being and quality of life
