How It Works

• Start with in-home sessions after school, Monday through Friday
• Weekend hours available too
• School's out for summer? Take on more cases and more hours
• We're opening clinics, so afternoon clinic work may be an option down the road

Right now, we're asking you to partner with us at this stage and grow with us as we build.

When you decide to go for it and head back to school, we're with you. We partner with our best BTs to help them get there, and along the way, we offer scholarships to those we recognize as part of our long-term community.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in the child's home under BCBA supervision
• Follow each child's individualized treatment plan
• Collect accurate session data
• Help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor

Who We're Looking For

• Teacher's aides, paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, and anyone who's great with kids
• Experience in schools or developmental settings (preferred, not required)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
• Strong communication and people skills
