What You'll Do
- Conduct respiratory evaluations and assessments
- Administer physician-ordered respiratory therapies
- Monitor oxygen and ventilator-dependent residents
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
- Educate residents and families regarding respiratory treatments
- Ensure compliance with respiratory care standards and regulations
