We are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Health Aides to provide quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Hourly Rate: $16 - 19

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Requirements

• Must be PCA certified or currently in the process of obtaining PCA certification
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Able to assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities may include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meals and light household tasks
• Following the client's care plan and safety guidelines
• Reporting changes in the client's condition or needs

Health Aide

Requirements

• Must be Health Aide certified or currently in the process of obtaining certification
• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused
• Good communication skills
• Able to follow care plans and instructions
• Comfortable working independently in a home care setting

Responsibilities may include

• Providing assistance with daily living activities
• Supporting personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Providing companionship and supervision
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Working closely with the care team and family members
