About the job
- Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
- Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition.
- Ensure medications, treatments, and documentation are completed accurately.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and nursing leadership as needed.
- Address resident and staff concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
- Complete required reports and provide a thorough shift-to-shift report.
- Serve as the nursing leader and resource during assigned weekend hours.
