Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Grove at Carvalho, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and observing and reporting changes in patient condition. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
- Take vital signs and monitor patient conditions
- Report changes in patient conditions to licensed nurses and other healthcare team members
- Support activities of daily living, such as toileting, transfer, and ambulation
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
