About the Role
As a CNA at The Grove at Carvalho, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with medication administration and vital sign monitoring
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
- Documenting resident information and care plans
- Being an advocate for residents and their families
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by following established policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
- Participate in in-service education and training programs to stay current with industry best practices
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
