As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Gardens at Country, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, bathers, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Monitor and report resident changes, concerns, and needs to the Nursing team
- Utilize infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents
- Collaborate with the Healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Demonstrate respect, empathy, and compassion when interacting with residents, families, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and services provided
