- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other essential nursing tasks
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Promote a positive and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff
- Participate in in-service training and educational programs to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and stay updated on best practices
