Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor and report resident conditions, concerns, and changes to the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in care planning and coordination with other team members to ensure comprehensive and individualized care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
