We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of North Guilford County in Greensboro, North Carolina . About the Role
As a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide high-quality patient care to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Observing and reporting changes in clients' conditions to licensed nurses
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and medications administered
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and knowledgeable care to clients, adhering to their individual needs and preferences
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and social workers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services provided
- Participate in on-going education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
