What You'll Do

As a Care Professional, you’ll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes. Depending on each client's needs, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement as appropriate to your training.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed.
• Helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Providing medication reminders as directed.
• Following each client's care plan and communicating changes or concerns to the team.

For clients requiring extended or around-the-clock support, you’ll help provide continuity of care and a reassuring presence throughout the day or night.

Available Shift Opportunities

We are actively seeking Care Professionals interested in:

• 6-hour shifts – A great option for those looking for shorter shifts.
• 12-hour shifts – Extended shifts for those who prefer longer workdays.
• 24-hour shifts – Opportunities to provide extended care and support for clients with around-the-clock needs.

Schedules and responsibilities vary by client. Please note that 24-hour assignments may involve overnight hours, and sleeping or uninterrupted rest periods are not guaranteed. Compensation and required duties depend on the specific assignment.

What We're Looking For

• A compassionate, patient, and dependable individual who genuinely enjoys helping others.
• Strong communication skills and a respectful, professional attitude.
• Reliability and a commitment to providing consistent, quality care.
• The ability to follow care plans and work independently in a client's home.
• A willingness to work collaboratively with clients, families, and our office team.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar caregiving experience is welcome, where applicable to the role and client needs.
