Qualifications: Do Not Apply Unless You Meet All Requirements:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (HHA) certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record .
- Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
- Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting .
- Current Negative TB Test .
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
What You Will Do
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Accompanying clients to appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain social connections.
- Follow care plans and agency protocols.
