Job Summary
At Suma Home Care, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, we want to hear from you! As a Certified Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, while also enjoying a fulfilling and rewarding career.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance and daily living tasks to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to create a comfortable living environment
- Promote independence and dignity for clients, while also encouraging and supporting their physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with clients' families and healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
- Certified Caregiver certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
