Responsabilidades
Ayudar a los clientes con las actividades de la vida diaria: baño, vestimenta, aseo personal, uso del baño y movilidad
Brindar compañía y apoyo emocional
Realizar tareas domésticas ligeras, preparación de comidas y recordatorios de medicación
Seguir el plan de atención individualizado proporcionado por la enfermera
Informar a la agencia sobre cualquier cambio en el estado del cliente
Mantener documentación precisa y actualizada
Requisitos
Licencia CHHA de Nueva Jersey vigente (Requisito indispensable)
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente
Persona compasiva, confiable y profesional
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente
Se prefiere contar con licencia de conducir y transporte confiable
Debe aprobar una verificación de antecedentes y una evaluación de salud
