Salary: $38,500 per year Must speak English and Spanish

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and organized Floater Home Health Aide (HHA) & Office Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid position that combines direct client support with administrative responsibilities in the office.

The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, comfortable working with clients, and able to assist with day-to-day office operations when not providing HHA coverage.

Responsibilities

Home Health Aide / Floater Duties

• Provide HHA services and assistance to clients as assigned.
• Provide coverage when regular HHA staff are unavailable.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, as permitted by training and applicable regulations.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and compassionate approach with clients and families.
• Communicate client needs or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.

Office Administration Duties

• Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling.
• Maintain and organize client and employee records.
• Assist with paperwork, filing, data entry, and document management.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff.
• Support the office team with daily administrative needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current HHA certification required.
• Drivers License
• Previous home care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.
• Ability to transition between client-care responsibilities and administrative duties.
• Must be flexible and willing to provide HHA coverage when needed.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $38,500 annually

Full-time position

Hybrid work environment

• Combination of office administration and HHA/floater responsibilities.
• Schedule and HHA coverage assignments will be discussed during the interview.
