About the job
Are you a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of seniors? Do you believe that true care comes from the heart, seeing beyond the task list to the unique, vibrant person in front of you? Have you worked with residents living with dementia and believe its your calling?
At St. Ives Hometown Living of Johns Creek, we're not just offering a job - we're offering a chance to share your gifts of empathy, kindness, and strength every single day. You will work hand-in-hand with our team to create a warm, supportive, and safe environment where every resident can thrive.

- Function as a true team player, offering support to colleagues when the need arises. Help maintain the beautiful, clean environment our residents call home - from their personal spaces to the welcoming common areas - always removing soiled items immediately to ensure a fresh, healthy atmosphere.
- Act immediately and decisively on any resident crisis or emergency, relying on your training and innate caregiving instincts to provide prompt comfort and aid.
- Foster positive, respectful communication among staff, residents, and families, building a network of trust that supports our entire community.
