Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation
Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse to join our clinical team. This position is scheduled for 3 days per week, with additional hours available as needed - a great fit for someone looking for flexibility with room to grow their hours.
What You'll Do
- Perform wound assessments and provide wound care, including dressing changes and tracking healing progress
- Administer treatments per physician orders
- Conduct routine skin checks and monitor for pressure injuries, infections, or other treatment needs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, assessments, and resident progress in the medical record
- Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team regarding treatment plans and resident status
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and facility/state regulations
What We're Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Wound care or treatment nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
- A team player who's compassionate and detail-oriented
