About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with physical therapy exercises and treatments to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Conducting patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop effective treatment plans
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participating in interprofessional education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies
