Resident Coordinator / Wellness Aide (Part-Time) – 3p-11p
Solon Pointe at Emerald Ridge in Solon is seeking a compassionate Resident Coordinator / Wellness Aide to join our Assisted Living team.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily care needs to support comfort, safety, and well-being
- Ensure residents maintain proper hygiene and personal care
- Verify and assist with correct medication administration as directed
- Obtain and record vital signs accurately
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
- Provide compassionate support while promoting residents’ independence
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate and dependable with strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
