Silver Memories Health Care is seeking a dedicated PRN or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services in Versailles, IN. This role offers the opportunity to help residents regain communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver speech-language pathology services in line with clinical standards and facility care protocols
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collect data to inform treatment planning
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals
- Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy strategies to support daily functioning and continued progress
- Document services accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
