Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our Central Valley team. As a Staffing Coordinator , you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed correctly and on schedule. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

About the Role

As a Staffing Coordinator , you will be the primary point of contact for all staff and responsible for completing DHPPD packets. Must have SNF staffing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Associates degree in Business or Accounting fields, and/or experience in business office operations in long-term care or healthcare-related field, preferred
• Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
• Maintains a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance
