Overview

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) with at least 5 years of experience to join Sentara Family Medicine at our Chesapeake Square location in Chesapeake, VA . The culture of this practice is built on the premise that operational efficiency directly empowers clinical excellence.

Position Highlights

• Monday – Friday, 7am-5pm
• Option for 4-day workweek
• Average of 14 - 16 patients daily
• No call

Minimum Requirements

• Active NP or PA
• Minimum Master’s Degree Required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an active APP

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
