Our Service Area

Our office serves clients throughout Carroll County, Frederick County , and surrounding areas. We work with each caregiver to find available shifts that align with their location, availability, and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide caring companionship through conversation, help with hobbies, meal preparation, and more
• Assist with all aspects of personal hygiene care, diet monitoring, and other activities of daily living.
• Assist with non-medical care needs, including normal aging challenges and hospital recovery
• Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience providing personal care to adults, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and assisting with transfers
• Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle
• Currently CPR certified + Negative TB test results
• Smartphone with data internet access
• Good communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned

Preferred, but not required

• CNA/GNA (past or present)
• Memory-care experience
