What You'll Do?

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll make everyday moments better for seniors and their families by providing compassionate, personalized assistance.

Your responsibilities may include

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily living activities.
• Providing mobility assistance and fall-prevention support.
• Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration.
• Offering meaningful companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.
• Observing and promptly reporting changes in client needs or condition.
• Accurately documenting care activities using our WellSky system.
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and our office team.

What We're Looking For?

We're seeking caregivers who bring both compassion and professionalism to every shift.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional or relevant hands-on caregiving experience.
• CNA or HHA certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable smartphone for scheduling, communication, and electronic care documentation.
• Availability for assigned shifts, with opportunities across weekdays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills, dependability, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
