Rutland Center for Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled therapy team in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care environment.

Position Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the OT
- Provide skilled interventions to improve residents’ independence and quality of life
- Accurately document treatments and progress notes
- Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Vermont
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
