Descripción
- Confiable, compasivo y atento.
- Tareas domésticas livianas, preparación de comidas, recordatorios de medicamentos, compañía, baño, vestimenta, aseo personal.
- Seguir el plan de atención proporcionado por la agencia, que puede incluir ayudar al paciente con las funciones diarias, como vestirse o bañarse.
- Mantener planillas de tiempo diarias e informar a las enfermeras si hay un cambio en el estado de salud del paciente.
- Programar citas con el médico si lo solicita el cliente. Calificaciones:
- Certificación como asistente de atención médica domiciliaria (HHA) o asistente de atención personal (PCA)
- Conocimiento de la terminología médica y los procedimientos básicos de atención médica
- Capacidad para levantar y mover pacientes de manera segura
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Enfoque compasivo y centrado en el paciente para la prestación de cuidados
