About the Role
As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) , you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to our patients and residents in their homes or in our community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients and residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our patients and residents
- Monitoring and reporting changes in their condition to our healthcare team
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our patients and residents
