- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to our clinical team
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life
