REQUIREMENTS
- Dementia care experience
- Active CNA license or HHA Certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Current vehicle registration
- CPR certification
- TB or chest X-ray
- Level 2 Background Screening
- Required CEUs
- Reliable and dependable
Experience with personal care, transfers, Hoyer lifts, incontinence care, and range-of-motion exercises is a plus
