Help Us Support Seniors, Families, and Caregivers
Right at Home Fremont is a locally owned home care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Administrative Assistant to join our office team. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and community partners. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
No home care experience is required. We will provide training for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and caregivers
- Assist with caregiver hiring and onboarding paperwork
- Help support scheduling and shift coordination
- Maintain accurate employee and client records
- Enter and update information in company software systems
- Monitor email communications and respond to routine inquiries
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
- Support day-to-day office operations as our agency continues to grow
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional phone presence
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic computer applications
