A state-of-the-art chronic dialysis center in New Jersey is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead its team. This modern unit features the latest dialysis machines, convenient parking, and a bright, open environment designed for both patient comfort and staff collaboration. Requirements

  • Current New Jersey RN license
  • 2 years of clinical experience caring for patients on maintenance dialysis
  • 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Clinical oversight of patient care
  • Infection control management
  • Quality assurance
  • Personnel leadership, supervision, and training
