As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our evening shift, you will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to helping patients recover with confidence, manage chronic conditions, and enjoy the highest possible quality of life.
About the Role
- As an LPN on our evening shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
- You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient status.
- Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the nursing team, and implement interventions as necessary.
- Assist with physical and occupational therapy treatments, as well as other rehabilitation activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (n/a).
