As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute mail, packages, and reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Perform tasks as assigned by the nursing staff, such as escorting patients to appointments and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information
- Provide administrative support to the nursing team, including preparing and updating patient charts and records
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) and other software systems to perform tasks and maintain accuracy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills and experience with medical software a plus
