About the job
Location: Austin, TX
Pay: $19–$23/hour (BT) | $22–$23/hour (RBT)
Employment Type: Per Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time
Olive Branch ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Austin, Texas . This position is for candidates who live in Austin or are able to reliably travel within the Austin area .
As a BT or RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and help them build meaningful skills in communication, behavior, and daily living.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families when needed
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other clinical team members
Qualifications
For Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience working with children is required, such as:
- Nanny or babysitting experience
- Teacher, teacher’s aide, daycare, or preschool experience
- Pediatric or healthcare experience
- Medical field experience involving children
- Passion for helping children learn and grow
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Austin, TX
For Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Fluent in Spanish and English
- Active RBT certification preferred
- Experience providing ABA therapy
