Olive Branch ABA is hiring a compassionate, reliable, and bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Austin, Texas .
Position Details
- Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Location: Austin, TX
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time
- Language: Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Certification: Active RBT certification required
About the Role
As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collect and accurately record behavioral data
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Follow treatment protocols established by the supervising BCBA
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the clinical team
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
Qualifications
Active RBT certification required
Bilingual English/Spanish required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA or autism-related experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, patient, compassionate, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently while following clinical direction
