As a valued member of the Harmony Hospice Care team, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to work in Beachwood and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the registered nurse or other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families

Requirements
- Must be a certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience as a State Tested Nursing Assistant
