About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at North Lake Care Center. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nutrition services to our residents, helping them to maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a warm and welcoming environment, where you will work closely with our skilled nursing team to develop personalized meal plans and provide nutritional support to those in our care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized meal plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide personalized nutrition counseling and education to residents and their families
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and make adjustments as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition trends and research to ensure our residents receive the best possible care
