Job Summary

Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing, Revolutionizing Care Delivery™, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Our newly renovated, state-of-the-art center provides cutting-edge post-acute care and rehabilitation services to individuals facing cardiac, orthopedic, renal, or pulmonary issues. As a CNA at Morristown Post Acute, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign checks, personal care, and mobility assistance
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Promote a positive and respectful environment by supporting the rights and dignity of our residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
