Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Monitor client vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
