Job Summary
Modani Care, a leader in home care services, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Lexington, NE. As a Caregiver at Modani, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to seniors and adults who require assistance with daily living. About the Role
As a Caregiver at Modani Care, you will be responsible for providing non-medical care and assistance to our clients in their homes. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping with meal preparation and feeding
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate records of client care and activities
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in the industry
