The Impact You’ll Make

As Director of Clinical Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing and clinical services while ensuring the highest standard of resident-centered care. You will serve as a trusted clinical resource and key member of the leadership team, partnering across departments to drive quality, compliance, and an exceptional resident experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for nursing and clinical operations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leaders, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, CMTs, and other clinical team members.
• Champion a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee resident care plans, clinical assessments, documentation, and quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, organizational standards, and clinical best practices.
• Partner with physicians, families, interdisciplinary team members, and community leadership to support exceptional resident outcomes.
• Support staffing strategies, clinical education, competency development, and employee engagement.

Position Requirements

• An active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri.
• Proven nursing leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and resident-centered care.
• Exceptional communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
