Are you passionate about helping others live independently and achieve their goals? We are seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and throughout the community in the Hanover, PA area .

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one support in the home and community
• Assist with daily living activities and personal goals
• Support participation in community outings and activities
• Encourage independence and skill development
• Assist with transportation to appointments, recreational activities, and community events
• Promote a safe, positive, and supportive environment
• Document services provided and communicate with the care team as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is a plus, but not required
