We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Weekend LVN Treatment Nurse to join our team for our AM shift (7AM-3PM). As a Weekend LVN Treatment Nurse at Marlora Post Acute Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care that emphasizes safety, customer service, positive outcomes, and overall satisfaction.

Rate is $44/hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable and competent nursing care to patients , utilizing your expertise to identify, manage, and treat specific skin disorders and primary/secondary lesions.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to educate CNAs on proper positioning, training, and skin care, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
• Evaluate patients’ needs through continuous assessment and revise treatment plans in coordination with the physician and interdisciplinary care team (IDT).
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients, demonstrated through effective communication and empathy.
• Demonstrate dependable and regular attendance , ensuring that patients receive consistent and quality care.
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment to concentrate effectively and make informed decisions.
• Communicate and function productively within an interdisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
