What You'll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to support the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering direct nursing care and monitoring resident health
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Performing wound care and other skilled nursing procedures within the LPN scope of practice
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating changes in resident condition
- Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborating with physicians, Registered Nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
- Current CPR certification (First Aid preferred)
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
