Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to our residents in a Long Term Care setting. As a CNA Same Day Pay, you will work closely with our nursing team to ensure the personal, emotional, and physical needs of our residents are met, while also enjoying flexible scheduling options and competitive wages.

Responsibilities

• Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned
• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and respiratory treatments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Participate in resident care conferences and inter-disciplinary team meetings
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and colleagues

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid certification as a CNA in the State of North Carolina
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Evening Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• Night Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Must work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including every other weekend
